Privacy note
Last read through: this season on air.
Think of this as the quiet talk between tracks — no legal drone, just what we do with the handful of details you hand over. AIRWAVE keeps very little, because a computer club that rents seats and stream booths by the hour doesn't need a file on anyone. You give us what a booking needs, and we treat it the way we'd want ours treated.
What we take down
- A name, so we know who's at the desk when you arrive.
- An email, to confirm the seat and reach you if the night shifts.
- The date, the spot and how long you want it. That's the whole set list.
Why we hold it
Those few lines let us hold your station or booth, confirm the booking and sort out anything that comes up around your visit — a booth double-booked, a night that runs late. We don't sell your details, rent them out, or slip them to advertisers. Bookings sit in a simple log only as long as they're useful for running the floor, then they're cleared. When you stream from a booth it's your own account and your own channel; AIRWAVE never records your feed, keeps no copy, and takes no cut.
Who's listening
Only the desk sees your booking, so DJ Static and the crew can seat you and light the board. Nobody outside the club gets your details unless the law genuinely calls for it. There are no ad pixels, no third-party trackers and no analytics scripts riding along on this page, so no outside company is quietly tuning into your visit.
Your say
Want to know what a booking holds, or want it wiped? Ask at the desk or reply to a confirmation email and a real person sorts it — no queue, no ticket number. This is a small room with three booths, not a broadcast network.
